1. Grant of License

Fleet Explorers grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Fleet Explorers software ("Software") for legitimate business purposes only. This license is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.

2. License Scope

This license permits you to:

Access and use the Software through authorized user accounts
Search and retrieve carrier data for business purposes
Export data in accordance with compliance requirements
Use the Software within your organization's network

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Software
Distribute, sublicense, or transfer the Software to third parties
Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Software or related systems
Resell or redistribute data obtained through the Software

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights, remain the exclusive property of Fleet Explorers. This agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Software.

5. Data Ownership

While you may access carrier data through the Software, Fleet Explorers retains all rights to the Software platform, algorithms, and user interface. You may not claim ownership of the underlying software or platform.

6. Support and Maintenance

Fleet Explorers may provide support and maintenance services at its discretion. Support is provided on a "best effort" basis and is not guaranteed to be available at all times.

7. Updates and Modifications

Fleet Explorers reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue features of the Software at any time. You agree to accept such updates as they become available.

8. Compliance Requirements

Your use of the Software must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
CAN-SPAM Act
Data protection and privacy laws
Industry-specific regulations

9. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Fleet Explorers may terminate this license immediately if you breach any terms of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. FLEETEXPLORERS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL FLEETEXPLORERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

12. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.
